We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Where Your Information Is Stored

Your personal information is stored securely using Jane App, our cloud-based practice management software, as well as other secure business systems used to support the operation of Willow & Womb.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification and disclosure. These measures include password-protected systems, encryption, restricted staff access and other appropriate technical and organisational security safeguards.

Overseas Disclosure

Willow & Womb uses Jane App to securely manage patient records, appointments and clinical notes. As a cloud-based service, Jane may store or process personal information on secure servers located outside Australia.

Where your personal information is stored or processed overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles. We only use service providers that maintain appropriate privacy and security standards.
